Hi, I’m Cammy — and sport has always been part of who I am. I was that kid who lived for movement, competition, and being active. Then, one day, it all changed.
A serious injury sidelined me for 3 years which ended with me on crutches.
Three years relearning how to walk, rebuild, and find myself again.
For a long time, I felt lost. But the process of taking my fitness back didn’t just rebuild my body — it reignited my purpose.
It gave me back a level of confidence and capability that I thought I’d lost forever.
Training stopped being something I used to be good at and became something that drove me, grounded me, and pushed me forward.
That journey taught me how easily life can knock you off your path — and that’s exactly why I coach.
I’m a dad. I run a business. I know firsthand how busy life gets and how quickly your own health can slip to the bottom of the list. That’s why having someone in your corner matters. Someone who understands real-life pressure, real-life challenges, and real-life goals.

Hey I’m Emma, the owner of EVOLVE Coaching.
I’m a female only transformation & bodybuilding coach. I specialise in physique development, weight loss and photoshoot & bodybuilding competition preps.
I work with a wide variety of clients, from anxious, gym beginners to more experienced gym-goers looking to level up their physique and lifestyle. I help women unlock their true potential, strength and confidence through both in-person and online coaching.
My goal as a coach is to provide you with all the tools and support you need to take your physique to the next level, whilst developing sustainable habits and discipline that will help carry you through your journey.
I believe in creating a positive, judgement free environment where you feel empowered to push past your limits and fall in love with the process along the way.
My passion for bodybuilding has never stopped growing since I began training. I compete as a Bikini athlete, winning a 1st placing at my first ever regional show and a 2nd placing at the PCA British Finals in 2024.
I understand the precision, intensity and dedication required to successfully navigate photoshoot & competition preps, I use my own experiences to help support my clients through these milestone moments in their journeys too.

I’m Andi, a coach who champions the belief that women can lift heavy, build serious muscle, and genuinely enjoy the journey.
Over the years I’ve pushed my own limits — competing in Strong Woman events, prepping for professional photoshoots, and even securing a world record (and yes, I’m still the proud holder of the Scottish trap-bar deadlift record).
My coaching style blends the best of strength training and bodybuilding with a big emphasis on fun, flexibility, and sustainability.
Training should fit into your real life — not consume it. Whether we’re working together in 1:1 sessions, online coaching, or through the Little Monsters Lifting Club, my goal is to help you build more than a stronger body.
