I haven’t always been the confident coach you see today. I started out as the skinny, quiet kid who didn’t quite know where he fit in. But through years of dedication—training alongside some of the best in the sport, stepping on stage as a competitive bodybuilder, and pushing myself far beyond what I thought I was capable of—I discovered exactly what it truly takes to reach the top.

More importantly, I found my calling.

ELLIE MORGAN

I’m Ellie Morgan, founder of EM.Fitness, and my mission is simple: to support, empower, and guide people through every stage of their fitness journey.

I work closely with both male and female clients, helping them uncover a personal and sustainable approach to becoming fitter, healthier, and more confident. I believe that real progress comes from understanding what works for you—your lifestyle, your goals, and your mindset.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life from a young age. I’ve been on the gym floor since I was 12, and that experience has shaped not only my passion but the way I coach today.

 

Over the years, I’ve built a deep knowledge of training, nutrition, and mindset, and now I use that to guide my clients towards lasting, meaningful change.

But personal training with me is so much more than following a workout plan or a meal guide. GERRARD IGBINOSUN

Gerrard Igbinosun, known across the fitness community as Mankind, is a dedicated father, athlete, and elite-level coach whose bodybuilding journey began in 2021 as a Men’s Physique amateur. 

 

In his debut season, he made history—becoming the first Scottish athlete to win both the British and Scottish Championships.

 

Since then, Gerrard has continued to dominate the stage, becoming a 2x NPC British Champion, earning six overall titles, and achieving his IFBB Pro Card in just over two years—cementing his place as the first Men’s Physique athlete from Scotland to reach Pro status.

 

In 2025, Gerrard made his IFBB Pro debut in Poland, placing Top 10 out of 22 athletes and surpassing several seasoned professionals. Now, he’s back in the trenches at Limitless Fitness, relentlessly chasing his next milestone: securing his first Pro win and qualifying for the Olympia.

 

Gerrard now offers 1-1 Personal Training exclusively at Limitless Fitness Cumbernauld—bringing elite-level coaching, discipline, and passion directly to the gym floor.
