With an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science & Medicine, Craig brings a wealth of experience from both elite sport and the fitness industry.
Formerly the Head of Academy Sport Science & Medicine at Motherwell FC, he has worked with male and female athletes from youth to first-team level.
In addition to his background in professional football, Craig has held senior and head office roles within some of the UK and Europe’s largest gym chains.
At Limitless Fitness Stirling, he is dedicated to supporting every member in achieving their goals and creating a welcoming, high-performance environment for all.
